By way of introduction, a few words from Pascal Berger, Sixense's CEO:

We wanted to make our CSR project a true enterprise-wide initiative. Therefore, from the beginning, our CSR approach has been anchored in the daily activities of our employees.

Several reasons led us to launch this project:

  • Social responsibility is a major concern for current and future employees, who are increasingly sensitive to social and environmental issues.
  • There is a direct link between the mission of our company and social and environmental issues: we provide solutions for new types of mobility, infrastructure sustainability and its users’ safety, and for the adaptation to climate change.
  • The expectations of our customers, partners and stakeholders, who want to know about our CSR commitments and actions in the context of our activities.

CSR at Sixense, a participatory project

It all started with a working group launched in 2022

To ensure that our CSR commitments are in line with the reality of our activities on the field, we have adopted a participatory and representative working method. The working groups and the synergies between the various players in the project (employees, management and our holding) have enabled us to define a solid CSR strategy and a coherent and accessible action plan capable of involving all our business units. To implement this action plan, we have defined a set of organisational and human tools and resources for each of our CSR commitments.

We invite you to discover in this video the CSR approach implemented by Sixense.

A true enterprise-wide project, CSR at Sixense is everyone’s business, every day and in all our missions

Turning everyday into a chance to act.

What is Sixense's approach to CSR?

Divided into 3 pillars that structure our approach, we have built our CSR policy around 15 commitments.

  • Economy & Governance:

We are committed to working every day with our customers, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions for the preservation of territories, sustainability of infrastructure and safety of people.

  • Social, Human, Societal:

We are committed to putting people at the heart of what we do by ensuring the safety, health, and wellbeing of each of our employees. We want to offer them an environment that is conducive to their personal and professional development, an environment in which everyone can express their civic engagement.

  • Environment:

We are committed to integrating environmental considerations at all levels and every stage of our processes.
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and energy consumption, implementing environmentally responsible procurement policies, and developing the circular economy to optimise our resources, reduce our waste and our digital footprint.
